To prevent pilferage of the consumer’s money and to sustain our client relationship, all dealings with the various authorities involved in the tour itinerary are done personally by the agents. Moreover we also provide complete assurance of all facilities promised due to our complete trust and affiliation only with the best and time proven institutes.
While providing the costs of the tour packages we ensure that all intricate details ranging from a simple bottle of mineral water to the preferred type of vehicle for transport are looked into. At no time will a client feel that the service charged for is lacking. Our tour guides are experienced and well educated. Their courtesy and communication skills are two facets of their profession that we vouch for. The guides are provided according to the preferred language of communication while dealing with clients who are comfortable in languages other than English. All additional charges where and when required are mentioned in the costing of the package, and if not, it is catered for by the company.
We, unlike other tour operators, provide our clients with option of booking of their own international and domestic flights, along with the return tickets. Thereafter we take upon the responsibility to complete the said tour within the set time frame of the various flights. However we also provide booking of the air tickets when requested, with a separate mention of their costs.
